Born and raised in a little town outside of the great city of Doma, Izumi was the first born of the Yoshida family. A well known family among the town, and well known in the general area for their trading. Though, when the Garlean Empire invaded and completely washed the town off the map, Izumi was left with nothing but his life, and the responsibility of raising his little brother; Kiyoshi.
Izumi and Kiyoshi did what they could to survive in an oppressed world, often pretending to be women due to their frail figures and malnourished frames. Thanks to the feminine looks, it was easy for them to lure in men and women. After, they would steal gil from their seduced victims and use the coin to survive. At least, until they moved to the Ruby Sea, and joined the Raen tribes there.
After they became of independant age, Izumi and Kiyoshi began to travel the world. Looking beyond the horizon of the East, and towards the West. With bright eyes and high hopes, they're now looking to carve their own paths in lives...
